Good waipahu Filipino bakery. Finally tried their custard pie and family raved. Usually we just get Spanish rolls which come hot and delicious (always eat some on the way home)
Love this location in waipahu.. pastries are always fresh and the assortment of goodies has grown.. Spanish rolls are to die for.😃. ive also discovered that they make a killer custard pie.🤙🤙one of the better ones I've tasted yet. This location is popular and you most likely will see a line.but so worth it. They even make some ono Filipino rice desserts .can't leave without a few to go ! Staff is always super nice..
Hot and fresh Spanish Rolls, which they are famous for. Buttery and sweet boxed in their bright yellow pastry box. Often a line because they are so popular, but it moves quickly. In addition to sweet options,they have savory bakery option also if you need to pickup a portable snack such as a corned beef hash bun.
The baked goods here are really good. If you happen to be this side of the island, definitely make a stop.
Moving from Bay Area to here I had to go looking for new neighborhood gems to get some delicious food. I am so happy my neighbor told me about this place. Back in the Bay, we call these delicious, sweet rolls Seniorita Bread and they're baked fresh by Star Bread Bakery. Here on the island, Nanding's has them as Spanish Rolls. They are also baked fresh throughout the day because they are THAT popular. These rolls are fluffy and have enough melted butter and sugar inside that will make you question if you went to Star Bread or Nanding's. There's also plenty of other delicious baked goods here for everyone. It legit smells like a bakery down the street from our old house in the province of Bulacan in the Philippines. Highly recommend coming here.
Nanding's Bakery is an absolute gem for anyone who loves fresh local baked goods. From the moment you walk in, you can tell it is a special place. All of the employees were very friendly and welcoming, which really adds to the overall experience. As for the food, every single one of the baked goods we tried tasted amazing. They are fresh, soft, and clearly made with care. I highly recommend getting their ube flavored goods. They are the standout items and are some of the best ube treats you will find anywhere. This is a perfect five-star spot for a quick snack or to pick up a box of treats for the family!

Da kine Spanish Rolls that melt in your mouth- I promise you!! 🤤 My Lola was stocking up on all da Pandesal for her coworkers while I had to sneak some Puto with Custard as my post-workout snack haha. I gotta run back later for da Ube Cream Cheese Pandesal since they’re open from 4:30a–6p! Hoa, they stay bakin and makin da island foreva stocked with da baked goods. Must visit this place whether u stay with your ohana or just visiting – stock up on these before you head to da beach! Funny thing is… bread here is so good, I told my diet I kneaded a break 😂🍞 Much love Ate Gigi for taking care of us yeah!
Came here for the first time at this location. Nanding's will forever be known for their Spanish Rolls. They are so flavorful and yummy especially when you first buy it. I've hadn't had Spanish Rolls that can top these guys. They have another shop in town on Kapahulu near the Zippys. Staff is fast and friendly. There's enough parking even when it gets busy. No restrooms inside.
We got a lot of food I prefer sweet but was really wanting savory this morning. Picked up the tuna and corned beef and it was very very yummy. I also grabbed a pack of what looked like steamed dumpling it had beef inside might be my favorite thing I got.
Visited hungry. Left full and satisfied. Both plain and ube filled spanish breads were a treat. The stuffed portuguese and corned beef breads were amazing!
